My attorney just emailed me, she received receipt notices for 485, EAD and AP for both me and my wife.
My application was received on July 2nd 9:01 AM, if it matters it was signed by R Mickels
I have not seen the notices yet so I dont know what the notice dates are.

Why don't posters on this forum move back to their home country and concentrate on making their home country great instead of slamming into someone else's country and just living off the wealth others have created?
The bottom line is that a SKIL act is not needed. Hundreds of thousands of American programmers have lost their job to the third world, both in outsourcing and insourcing of third world programmers who work for cheaper wages. There is absolutely no need for more foreigners here and no need for more green cards. Temporary workers are just that - temporary. If you are on a temporary visa, work your time, make some money for your family and head home when your time is up. Don't cry that we don't provide enough green cards when you knew what kind of visa you were on.
Why don't you move back to Britain or whichever country you or your ancestors came from? Also, a lot of wealth in the US has been created by these people who "slam into someone else's country." So your argument has little validity. Maybe I should not be wasting my time in responding to xenophobes.

GCStatus did not mention anything about Labor or I-140 fees here. Nor did he mention, he paid them.
He refers to all the DOLLARS he has paid for , which means, all EAD and AP renewals ( For self and spouse) , Additional Lawyer fees incase of incorrect NOID, additional Bio-Metrics fees.
Wait till you hear the actual Lawsuit. Long way to go. But your post helped us to clarify what we are talking about to rest of the folks like you, incase, they misinterpreted the information.

Thats YOUR perception, and its totally inaccurate. When xyz had his Eb-3 140 approved, by definition he was OK'd to be immigrant. Now that date belongs to him and if he has gained sufficient expertise/skill level for him to promote to Eb-2 I-140, the transfer of dates is obvious. On the contrary he deserves to be ahead in line because he had already filed Eb-3 way ahead in advance. Calling him an unskilled, inept, or lazy proves him otherwise.
When xyz had his Eb-3 140 approved, by definition he was OK'd to be immigrant in that category with THAT date. When he files for an EB2 he is "OK'd" to be an immigrant in that category at THAT date. Does not mean he should get to be at the front of the line just because he is now eligible for an eb2 job.

It takes 90 days MINIMUM to get EAD? I've heard that it takes at most 90 days to get EAD. Does anyone know?
No it shouldn't take that long... some of my friends got it in 2 weeks couple of months back. First time we should get it soon .. renewal only takes time.... I am not sure how long it will take for us, it dependes on their work load also.

Applications were sent to NSC on July 19th' 2007. I got my receipt numbers today and all three numbers (I485, EAD & AP) start with WAC ### ### ####. The online status for the applications say that the 485 application was transfered to Texas Service Center and the EAD & AP applications were sent to Califorina Service Center.
Also just fyi, my I-140 app. is pending at NSC since Dec' 2006. So now I am all over the country :-) Don't know its good or bad. Any idea anyone?
Is anyone else in a similar situation?

So you mean - I and ajaykk will get the EADs within next 10 days even if our applications haven't been looked at yet? Did this happen to you. I am not too much bothered about this at this point as I am working on H1. But just thought would reply to ajaykk since we had similar experience.

I really like this idea.... Actually if north Indians didn't rule Central government in India for such a long time (before PV Narasimha Rao), south Indians would be better off in India itself !!! Then north Indians would be citizens of USA in no time, and South Indians (in India) would have been happy about it!!!

Hey dont give up ur Canadian PR. U have worked so hard for it. Just think about it. What if ur US GC goes for a toss (god forbid)? The idea was to use Canadian PR as a backup so do it. Also, I completed my landing in Canada recently. PM me if u need more info...

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis and our prayers are with you and your family.
But as suggested by IV members, please do consider a visit to india and take second opinion from the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, its one of the best cancer treament centre in the world.
US Healthcare system is for Profit, some medical facilities in US are exception, but if you see the overall Healthcare system it sucks and its all driven by insurance and big Pharmaceutical companies.
Please send me the private e-mail if you need any help in Mumbai to reach good doctor in Tata Memorial Hospital.
Thank you all for your help and support but I have made peace with my fate. I have pancreas cancer with VERY poor pragnosis and trust me I took 5 different opinions with the some of the best hospitals in US and Europe.
Regarding my family, something is working out in Sweden and probably all of us will move there permanently in 1-2 months. We have some relatives living there.
Thanks again for all you help. You guys really made us feel we are not alone.

Can you let us know how did you search your case by? Website, what data do I need to pull the record? I dont have my labor copy with me. Also I dont know where my labor was filed.
I searched my case on FLC data center and found following for my LC approval
